Proteins, such as carbohydrates and fats, are essential constituents of foods that contribute to energy intake.  They can be of plant or animal origin. There are different criteria to determine their quality such as their  composition of essential amino acids and their digestibility.

 

Our webinar will discuss the concept of proteins and their nutritional qualities and will give you the keys to selecting the appropriate analyses of protein solubility and digestibility.
